Position Overview
In this role, you will establish the creative vision for the motion graphics and video function while serving as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders. A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership of high-impact, cross-channel motion and video programs is required to apply.
Responsibilities
- Establish the creative vision, standards, and operating model for the motion graphics and video function.
- · Partner with creative directors, senior marketers and business leaders to define priorities, shape motion-led storytelling strategies, and guide major brand and campaign initiatives.
- · Serve as a senior creative advisor to executive stakeholders, providing clear recommendations on content strategy, creative direction, and audience engagement.
- · Oversee the portfolio of video and motion work across channels, ensuring consistent quality, brand alignment, and effective use of resources.
- · Lead managers and senior creatives, providing coaching, direction, and development support to strengthen team capability and succession.
- · Drive innovation by evaluating new storytelling approaches, formats, technologies, and production methods that improve quality and efficiency.
- · Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and strategic vendor partnerships for large-scale or specialized production needs.
- · Build trusted relationships across a matrixed organization and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders, including US-based teams.
- · Strengthen team operations through clearer workflows, governance, talent development, and quality management.
Skills & Experience
- Qualification Required:
- · 15+ years of relevant experience leading video, motion graphics, or integrated creative functions in an agency, studio, or in-house environment.
- · Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Film, Design, Media, Animation, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- · Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership of high-impact, cross-channel motion and video programs.
- · Proven ability to lead senior creative teams, set standards, and translate business priorities into strong visual storytelling and expertise in pre/post video production.
- · Advanced command of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and industry-standard AI tools.
- · Working knowledge of 3D animation, motion systems, and emerging media formats.
- · Executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- · Strong business judgment, including the ability to align creative ambition with budget, delivery, and organizational priorities.
- · Experience managing large portfolios, complex stakeholder environments, and external production partners.
- · Ability to build, retain, and grow high-performing creative teams.
