Position Overview

Experienced Cloud Solution Architect to drive the architectural transformation of enterprise Data, Analytics and AI platforms across a multi-cloud landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on GCP architecture experience, along with working knowledge of Azure and Databricks. The role involves cloud migration, platform modernization, cost optimization, security, performance tuning and enterprise solution design.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of new technologies and architecture patterns on GCP.
Design and implement enterprise-scale Data, Analytics and AI platforms.
Drive multi-cloud solutioning across GCP, Azure and Databricks.
Lead cloud migration and platform transformation initiatives.
Drive platform-level cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.
Collaborate with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams on technical design.
Develop scalable, secure and reusable architecture patterns and frameworks.
Integrate ETL, data modelling, reporting, analytics and AI components.
Ensure performance, security, scalability and SLA requirements.
Implement secure-by-design and Zero Trust architecture principles.
Work with global technical and functional teams to drive architecture decisions.
Evaluate and pilot emerging cloud and AI technologies.
Communicate architecture decisions and technical strategies to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Cloud Solution Architecture.
Strong hands-on GCP experience.
Experience with:
GKE / Compute Engine
Cloud Storage
Dataflow
Cloud Composer
Vertex AI
IAM
VPC / Networking
Working knowledge of Azure ADF, Synapse and ADLS.
Experience with Databricks / Unity Catalog.
Experience in cloud migration / platform migration.
Strong Data, Analytics and AI platform architecture experience.
Experience in cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.
Strong programming skills in Python, Spark and SQL.
