Position Overview
Leading or managing 24x7x365 infrastructure or IOC/NOC operations.
Responsibilities
- ∙Lead the administration, support, and maintenance of Windows Server and Linux server
- environments hosted across hybrid infrastructure.
- ∙Oversee server lifecycle and maintenance activities, including patch management, cumulative
- updates, OS upgrades, SQL upgrades, and infrastructure or network changes.
- ∙Manage and optimize infrastructure and application monitoring using enterprise tools such as
- Dynatrace, Cisco Meraki, HP SIM, SolarWinds, storage monitoring platforms, and Azure Monitor.
- ∙Maintain working knowledge of server hardware platforms and operational considerations
- across major vendors such as HPE, Dell, and IBM.
- ∙Drive proactive monitoring, event correlation, and performance improvement initiatives to
- improve service availability and reduce operational risk.
- ∙Own ServiceNow incidents through final resolution, including triage, stakeholder escalation,
- and participation in major incident calls to capture technical findings, status updates, and
- follow-up actions.
- ∙Lead planned and unplanned network incident response through triage, escalation, stakeholder
- communication, and final resolution.
- ∙Apply ITSM, ITIL, and SAFe-aligned practices to support stable, repeatable, and well-governed
- operations.
- ∙Evaluate and support the adoption of modern technologies and automation capabilities,
- including UiPath, GenAI, machine learning, and Copilot, where applicable to IOC operations.
- ∙Strong understanding of server operations, infrastructure monitoring, break-fix support,
- patching, and enterprise change execution in hybrid environments.
- ∙Demonstrated experience improving operational performance through proactive monitoring,
- process optimization, and incident reduction.
Skills & Experience
- ∙8 - 10 years of relevant work experience in leading or managing 24x7x365 infrastructure or
- IOC/NOC operations.
- ∙Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills in high-volume
- operational environments.
- ∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to lead teams,
- manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively during incidents and escalations
